Registration begins May 1^st for all players.

Returning players must be registered by June 15^th to remain on their previous year’s team.

Games will begin on September 11th.

Important Dates:

Registration begins:      Monday, May 1st
Practices begin:            Sometime in the month of August
Games begin:                Saturday, September 11th
Picture Day:                  Sometime in Sept.

Birth Certificates: The first time a player registers with TBSC it is mandatory that we have a copy of a certified birth certificate (hospital and baptismal certificates are NOT acceptable). Military ID, State ID and passports are acceptable. A certified copy of a birth certificate can be obtained from the State in which your player was born. Some returning players may be asked to for proof of age also.

Practices: Each team coach sets practice times to his/her convenience. Practice days will be made known to you by the coach in August, all of our coaches are volunteers. Coaches who get their teams registered early will receive their practice times and fields early.

 Season Length:  Micro U6-U8 (ages 5-7) usually play Saturdays @ Brier Park through the second week of October.  Mod U9-U10 (ages 8-9) usually play Saturday or Sundays south of Everett through the end of October.  Youth U11-U18 usually play Saturday or Sundays through the middle of November. District teams U11 through U18 usually place through the end of December.

Registering your team for district level of competition?

Please note: Teams registering for district level of competition will need to complete the 2010 – 2011 District Application form and send it in to TBSC with a check in the amount of $500 by June 30, 2010 (Contact  tbscregistrar@hotmail.com). This team fee is a different approach than the higher "district player fee" from 2004. The amount includes the district application fee and costs associated with the additional games district teams play. Coaches and Team Managers - you are responsible for getting the team fee and application form to TBSC by June 30, 2010. Thanks!!!

REFUND REQUESTS

NOTE: FULL REFUNDS ARE ONLY ISSUED IF TBSC CAN NOT PLACE YOU ON A TEAM.

·         BEFORE AUGUST 15TH:  TBSC WILL REFUND YOUR REGISTRATION FEE LESS A $20 PROCESS FEE.

·         BETWEEN AUGUST 16TH AND THE START OF THE FIRST GAME:   TBSC WILL REFUND 50% OF YOUR REGISTRATION FEE.

·         ONCE THE FIRST GAME HAS OCCURRED THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

REFUND REQUESTS NEED TO BE SENT TO THE TBSC REGISTRAR WITH CHILD’S NAME AND REASON FOR THE REQUEST.

Privacy Statement

Terrace Brier Soccer Club (hereafter referred to as “Club”) takes personal information privacy seriously.  The Club’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our members and users of our Website.  The Club and our affiliates (online registration service providers) will not willfully disclose individually identifiable information about our members to any third party without the member’s prior written consent and permission.

Advice to Parents

The Club requests that children get their parent's or guardian's permission before submitting any kind of personal information over the internet. We urge parents to be very clear with their children regarding the danger of giving personal information to anyone (online or in person) they do not know. We also encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate in the activities offered on the sites they visit.

Parents and legal guardians have the opportunity to restrict Club access to personal information collected from children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 years must provide a parent's or legal guardian's email or mailing address and obtain their parent’s or legal guardian’s permission when submitting information online. Parents or guardians will be notified of the online submission. The Club will give parents and legal guardians an opportunity to limit participation of children under the age of 13, if they wish. In addition, parents and legal guardians have the right to request that any information currently held by the Club that has been collected online about their child or children be deleted by contacting the Club at

The Club’s privacy policy covers the Club’s treatment of nonpublic personal information that we collect in connection with online registration and member administration processes.
